New Rome Police followed us around during the march, but kept their distance, and went about their business. Here's one of them watching as we started to walk back east on Broad St. |

This is their second cruiser. Soon after this photo was taken he started pursuing a blue Ford pickup on a license violation. He stopped the truck at the vacant Kroger and issued a citation. |
It took two light cycles to get our group legally across Broad St. at the traffic light at Buena Vista. Maybe we'll keep this light...it's handy during marches! |
